Budget Meeting
The Village Board of Trustees are holding a budget meeting on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. to work on the 2025-2026 Village Budget. The meeting will be held at the Village Hall located at 24 Main St, Middleport.

Brian Belson
Brian Belson, the Village’s Code Enforcement Officer/Building Inspector, will not be in the office on Wednesday, January 29, 2025. He will be at training next week, and he apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.
Modern Recycling Pickup Delayed One Day
Modern has assured us that everyone’s recycling carts that were scheduled for pickup on Wednesday, January 22nd, will be collected by the end of the day today, Thursday, January 23rd, so please leave your cart at the curb. Unfortunately, they did not let the Village Clerk’s office know there was an issue with collection yesterday.
2025 Village Election
If you are interested in running for a position on the Village Board, there are petitions available at the Village Clerk’s office. The election this year is for the mayor’s seat and two trustee’s seats. They are all two-year positions.
April 2025 Bulk Garbage Pickup
Bulk garbage pickup for April will be on Wednesday, April 16th. As a reminder, Modern will only pick up three items outside of your cart.
